Great job dad ! Fantastic report. I’ve been going up there for 25 years and never seen a bass come out of the hole.
Cheers.

ONE OF MY BUDDIES PULLED UP A NICE ONE A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO ON OPENING DAY.

Wow ! Very nice. I still will be shocked to see one if it’s landed in my hut.
Cheers BIGFILTHY. Hope your gang has a great trip.

Hello

I took my 3 boys out over the last few days with SRR. The stay was excellent as always. The new owners Mary and Steve were fantastic. Mary was top notch with communication and Steve was constantly working moving huts into the fishing grounds further from shore for the weekend customers but still super quick to deliver minnows to me and the kids and helpful with anything else we needed. The bite was slow day one but absolute non-stop action the 8/9th. Here are a few pics of our adventure.

Ty's first perch

Nice fish Matt!! Boys are getting big! Great memories are being made. Heading up later this month to South River Resort with a buddy. Hope all is well with you and the Family!

Nice report!

Looks like you guys had a blast!

My gf and I are going up for the first time fishing the Nip and we are also staying with South River.

So far Mary has been amazing for communication answering all my questions in a timely manner as well.

We are really excited for our 3 night stay with them - walleye and perch in the same area? Sign me up!

Nice Ling!!! May I ask what you used? Heading up January 24th and my main goal is to catch a Ling. Still haven't landed one.
