Hunterman, I have an 8 inch eskimo i've had for ever which i'm attached to. I went out last year and bought a 10 in Jiffy ,love the extra hole size but went back to my eskie.i bought the jiffy as i thought my eskie might be done but it came back to life. i changed the pull cord,gas tank and throttle spring. the 10 inch is much better but you can't teach old dogs new tricks. Jiffy is a backup.

I gave up on the gas augers! Broke down and bought the Electric Ion with 2 batteries when princess auto had it on sale for $699. Best money spent but then again I’m 61 and looking for convenience ?
