starting the filleting and with help of my wife we got the 50 done in 1 hour and 10 minutes including all the cleaning and packaging


fried perch, with beans and fries on the side in a couple of hours

Fantastic trip, multi day is the way to go out there. I only ever go to simcoe for one day on skunk days only lol. When I was a kid it used to a regular thing and I crave some good perch action. I think I better make some plans this year, ice is looking great! Need a change from the whitefish and lakers up here and I think my son would love it.
