Just thought to add this in light of the increase in anglers getting caught, and fined this past year. It is illegal to release a fish that won't survive. So why would anyone do this without any thought whatsoever? This angler was catching and releasing fish in deep water, just for the hell of it on social media. No regard for the health of the fish. Clearly this fish has lost a few ounces of blood, therefore only has a few ounces of blood left in it's body. This fish will not survive if released.
