I love catching those....those are big schnook....biggest ones I have ever seen too Alvin. We catch all those species when we use to fish Florida. I no longer will be going there ever. Great video Alvin.

I filleted the snook and took it to the restaurant and invited my Canadian friends to a great dinner. The restaurant did fish and chips and also grilled some of the fish. The deal with the restaurant was 150 pesos ( roughly $10 Canadian) and I supply the fish, they cook it any way I want, they provide 2 sides ( usually salad and French fries), coleslaw and tartar sauce. It beats cooking at home! So many Canadians have moved to Puerto Vallarta especially from the western provinces. It’s also very cheap to live there and cheap to charter a boat if you have a Mexican friend who’s connected.
