Any ice reports out of Midland, Waub, Penetang?

Lots of ice. 9 inches at least and thickest I saw was 13inches. Near victoria harbour. Just watch for current areas

Hi everyone,

First post on the forum. I moved to Midland this summer and have had some successful soft water fishing throughout Matchedash and around Green Island. I have ice fished once on Hog bay with no luck. Thinking of trying out penetanguishene harbor tomorrow. Any tips on where to go our places with free parking?

1/2 on Lakers between Sawlog and the Tomb, 3-5 inches of ice.
Some slush made for difficult walking. some guys were out on sleds but I wouldnt recommend it yet. Didnt see any sleds going to the tomb. Some reports from the Hole with lakers and herring and decent ice but hard walking.
