The ice isn't great. I didn't measure however we were traveling by snowmobile. If I were to guess 3" black with 10" white crap then 16" of slush and a ton of snow on top of that. Brutal conditions. Didn't even fish on Sunday. Hit the trails instead

Fished Saturday and Sunday on Joe. Walked out both days. We measured 3 inches of solid black ice and another 3-4 inches of white ice.

Tons of snow and slush. On Sunday we walked through snow drifts up to our waist in snow and slush. Watched lots of snowmobile tracks freeze and get stuck.

With the amount of ice and snow, I am going to wait a bit to snowmobile or ATV on the ice.
