Saw that happen on Long Pt. Bay Erie so many times, I think they're huts ended up on the Buffalo shore line, looked like a getaway jumbo Beach Ball. First thing they tell you in the instructions is to anchor first. Hope you get it back Watch on market Place for someone looking for a Popup Bag

It's the first time I do ice fishing, and no experience, I did not hope to catch a fish ,just for fun and learn how to set up gears, what I learn this time is : install a anchor connecting with tent with rope before you pop up tent, and when package leaving at least one anchor for last remove.

I'd bet that losing a popup happens to most of us once, the only question is if the wind is too strong to catch up to it. Sorry to hear that yours blew away - there is always a chance that someone will find it and post it here. Hopefully your next outing will be smoother.
