> Closed Season, Interpretation of season Dates

I have a few folks questioning closing dates. A season Closes March 15th, that means closed March 15th as of March 15 12:00:01 am. Meaning, you cant fish on March 15th, correct?

The day ends at 23:59, so as far as I know 15th is the last day of fishing, just like huts have to be off the ice at the end of the day on the 15th.

Huts have to be off, aren't you still allowed to be on the ice to fish? I know certain species of fish are closed but doesn't mean you can't go on the ice to fish. Unless I'm missing something here.

Permanent Huts need to be off and fishing for Lake Trout, Herring and Whitefish closes end of day March 15th. Perch are open all year and Pike close end of day March 31st.

@cosper.... you didn't add the exception list for that zone which is the only important thing on Simcoe.... all you posted were the Zone wide limits, the rules in those limits are not indicative to what you can and can't do on Lake Simcoe.FYI
