Thanks for doing this. My first fishing prize and it will cover the cost of my next year's derby ticket. Can I reserve #1 again? I am paying for it already! Congrats to all the others and also to Dbfish trying to help me get entries into the other panfish categories...but as it appears, when we are on the same lake at the same time, the fish gods don't seem to like it and neither of us catch any real fish (I did manage a <8" perch for my only panfish entry though) and as soon as I left "his" lake, he catches more and as soon as he left "my" lake, I caught a WF...and he goes off to another lake and catches a PB splake...coincidence? First time, maybe. Second time...hmm? Third time? I think it's science now!

Lucky enough to win something with only entries for half of the categories. Told my wife I had won $35 she looked at me and said, "so after the entry fee, you won $10?" What a buzz-kill!

I'd like to thank the academy, my agent, my parents, and the whitefish of the lakes.

Congratulations to all the participants, building community makes everyone involved a winner.

Yup, in my experience when it comes to fishing, the wife always buzz kills me as well... LOL

Yes, I know the payouts aren't big $$

We need 20 particpants just for the break even payout for the random draws and we got 20. Same as last year 20. Hopefully more people join next year. If they don't, o well.. it is what it is, a fun time for the forum members and good competition for folks.. Keeps it interesting in here and great seeing the entries and camaraderie.
