It’s been quite some time since Longshank and I were able to hit the water together. I was very much looking forward to spending my first day in the boat on the water with Longshank.
There was a long line at the boat launch in the morning, but everybody was ready and in the water quickly. It was really nice to see such organized boaters.
The day didn’t disappoint, we had beautiful weather, and the company is great.
Since it was our first day, we didn’t know what to expect or where the fish were, but we were ready to search and find them. We stayed shallow all day and managed 6 fish on, 3 of which we landed.

It was a multi species day, we landed an Atlantic, a Coho and a Brown.

A great start to the year and more to come in 2025.

Well, that was a lot of fun for sure........being picked up and taken fishing is not normal for me but I can certainly get used to it

took a bit to find the right water and then the colors that worked and trolling for fish on lake o in someone elses boat is a bit of a learning curve for me also but it worked out very well.

lots of great stories, laughs and a few fis to share with a good friend is a great day in my books anytime plus I got my fish filleted for me ......nice

was a busy ramp but as mentioned it went much faster than I thought it would go.

thanks for taking me out on such a beautifull day...........do it again anytime

Nice work out there fellas! That’s a nice set up you’ve got Disco. Beauty Atlantic too. Fingers crossed we have good water up on the north shore this year, beginning of last summer was absolutely bonkers for numbers.

some nice looking fish. the water is nice and flat too that always a plus in my book. always good when everyone knows what they are doing at the ramp, doesn't happen that way all the time though.

That pic is the boat in front of me and the line. It’s was a really nice rig, mine is not that nice. I wish it was.

That’s ok I bet it’s nicer than mine! As long as it gets you out there that’s all that matters.

Your boat is just fine....but I get it, we all want bigger and newer with all the toys

In reference to everyone launching well prepared, a lot of that had to be due to the lineup, as there was ample time to get everything ready.

I remember when we came back that there was one guy that took 25 minutes to hook onto his boat to get onto trailer
