Ice Fishing - Kirkland Lake

Hey Everyone,

I'm new to the website/forum (Great website FYI)...

I was just wondering if anyone had some decent places to fish in/near Kirkland lake that is accessible by vehicle/short walk from vehicle. I will be in K.L. overnight and will have all of the next day to kill... I figured I could get some ice fishing in instead of sitting in a hotel room.

P.S. Looking to catch anything that will bite my line and since I am riding with a friend I will not be keeping any fish... purely catch and release.
