Hi Saaaa; You would have to check your local facilities for storage costs

I have a standard double garage and my 18' Smokercraft fit perfect with a slight turn at the end... The split tongue on the trailers can be a great advantage in a space squeeze ... Best of luck

Hi Saaaaa--- boat package fits nicely, garage about 19ft 10inch. Boat with swing tongue folded length19ft 4 inch approx, saves the hassle of storage and don't have to leave it on the driveway for the season
cheers

ssaaacckk, If you are looking for a cheap starter boat, that you can play with then sell without loosing much money? I have a buddy/neighbor with older style crestliner aluminum runabout (front covered with a full windshield) powered by a mid 80's 70hp evinrude w/power trim on a trailer for around 3 grand. He just spent a year stripping it and painting it, new floor, new seats, redid the trailer. Apparently runs like a top. I could probably get a few pics if interested.

Anyone ever seen the LEGEND PROSPORT TL ?

The boat is shown in the new Ontario OOD magazine for January.

Would the 20hp motor might be too small even for the bays?? cooks and kemp?? Its a 14 footer with a 20hp.

Here is the love of my life...shhhhhhh
Wife is aware and lives with it.

is an older BassTracker prov17. (1988)

i have replaced the 40HP with a 92, 60HP, and it runs way better now.

I use it on Simcow regularly and it rides the waves very nice.

I have replaced some of the flooring and carpet, also the driver seat.

It all works including the live well.

Have a good size trolling motor on the back (50lb I think) which is really for slow silent trolling.

Have a colour fishfinder/sonar, again nothing too fancy, a Fsiheasy 120C I think.

I am due for a newer model, but I have so many hours in this i cannot give it up so easily.

6-7 weeks from now the boats will be starting to fill the lake.

When do you guys usually do your first launch of the year?? I know some guys still go out with a significant amount of ice still floating.

Yep, I can't wait!
Don't get me wrong, I like ice fishing too, but as I get older, I much prefer floating around on a sunny day. In a boat, that is....

Yes, most policies in these parts have a requirement that the boat must be in storage from the end of Dec until the end of March. I splashed in late March last year, called the insurance guys first though, they kindly gave me the go ahead for no extra charge.
