a buddy of mine flies over gravenhurst 3 x a week and he said the lakes just capped over with a thinj layer of ice this monday, so probly looking at 1-2 inches max right now maybe by next weekend if the weather keeps up

hey thanks fishsniffer for the update. Keep me posted on the conditions up there if you dont mind. Im hoping to make a strike up there after christmas. hopefully it will be solid by then.

I was wondering if someone would mind sending me a pm as to where I would find public access to Gull lake and maybe a starting point for some white fish or lakers? I'm not looking for your honey holes, just a general area to start my search.
