I'm going to Bay of Quinte this weekend and will definitely have a report. Hopefully full of Quinte gold

Have heard fishing was up and down the last week but it seems like it was like that almost everywhere.

Not sure about Rice

Good luck Nicole! Have a great time and stay safe. I am looking forward to seeing you holding a BIG walleye with a huge smile on your face.

Thanks Craig. I sure hope we get lots of pictures. Hopefully this weather system doesn't shut them down. Looks like it's going to be a bugger of a drive on Friday

Bob, we are going out of Belleville on foot. Should be a fun walk with the expected snow.

You might be better off leaving just after mid day on Friday Nicole. Less traffic and the roads may be in better shape. Have a safe drive and enjoy your trip

I usually work until 1:30 on Fridays but with the storm, I might see if I can leave a bit earlier or take the day off. We will see. Not in a huge panic to get up to fish on Friday as they are also calling for 35km winds. We just want to get up there and try to get relaxed before getting up early Saturday.

Got all the rods and tackle ready (changed over from perch fishing) and charged the camera battery. Tomorrow will pack what we can and bring up the sleds from the basement so we can make a quick exit on Friday.

I guess the board is self censoring?? I just thought people were typing ###### to be nice. Never typed anything that has been censored before.

Thanks Dan, I had already check the calendar a few days ago and had noticed that it was the best time. I didn't plan it that way but hopefully it turns out great. The weather system worries me a bit but hopefully the sun and moon can override the weather

No problemo ......

Should be good !!!! The only thing slowing down will be the snow. Means waking up a one hour earlier . I have a hard time sleeping knowing when I am going fishing at the end of the week ........and I really don't sleep the night before.

Gf just laugh's on how many times I look at my fishing tackle before going ....
