Weller's Bay ., Big bang on the ice.

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 4115 Member No.: 1597 Joined: February 29, 2012	Forgot to mentioned when we fished Weller's Bay Last Sunday me and the Gf felt a big bang under us. Almost lifted our hut and kicked us up right off our chairs. I opened the door right away and looked out side to make sure we were still on the ice . Everyone else thought it was normal from when I looked out and saw them fishing...... I felt a lot of ice shift and pressure cracks in the past and sleeping in huts over night. This sounded like a shot gun went off or a piece of dynamite was thrown in the water ? Any one else know what this big bang could be ? You can almost feel the shock wave from it ..... Unreal ! loll

That would scare the crap out of me. We had one good ice crack on Sunday and it was right outside the hut. Heard a few people comment on that one.
