I'm sure those lake are frozen. It's been quite cold up in grey/bruce this year. A friend just told me that there's over 2 feet of snow in the area so I'm thinking the lakes are good. Ill be in the area on family day. I'll make sure to do an ice recon.

Was there on the weekend, 15cm of snow dropped while out on Aaron. Plenty of safe ice didnt measure but would phantom a guess at 9 inches. Perch were on fire but check for grubs.

yup was also there this weekend only found 5" of clear ice (which is lots) and 4"of white ice for the first time ever i actually had to move from my first location by forty ft to get my first nibble but then it was on lots of people out and kids were having an awsome time two young fellows out side thier hut landed a nice sized pike and you would have thought they ve won a lottery sounded awsome love to see the next generation getting in on the action jeff

Arran was slushy on the weekend, i wonder what this warmer weather has done to it. Seemed to be plenty of safe ice underneath so should still be good i would think...
