I ordered some on line from a place called Fishheads. Ordered Monday morning and it was at my place tuesday afternoon. All good reviews on this roe. I'm not sure if it considered expensive or not. Check the website if you're interested.

guess i have to try on line as Yak suggested. i'm way in the west part of sauga which is border line Milton and for me to go up the 400 to vaughn and then come back to fish the credit would be more driving then i wanted to do. i was just hoping that giving the almost million people population that Mississauga has that it might have a tackle store or 2 that i didn't know about but nope.... I moved into the canada's only non fish friendly city lol.
hmmm gives me an idea though, anyone want to open up a tackle store with me?

I would have to disagree with you on that. The mayor of Mississauga is a wonderful Lady who supports the credit river fishery and encourages people to get out there fishing ...... Best mayor around other than fishing as well .

Have also ordered some roe from fish heads in the past... Roe was of good enough quality, but was definitely expensive. I guess you pay for the convenience of buying online...
Had a small problem with the owner of fishheads (was a communication error), but he did go out of his way to try to correct the problem fast enough that i still had what i needed for the upcoming weekend.
I can't really say which roe performed better on the water, but the chinny roe from TCO ties the easiest by far

its well worth the drive to buy @ TCO if you pick up a couple of pounds .
Now you set all season long. Never have to go out of your way to get Roe. Just pull some out of the freezer and away you go . Not sure how much your looking for but they seem like the place to buy in bulk as well . They do sell pre-tied and loose tubes of them that will last you a few outings.
, IMO .. find it easier and cheaper to buy in bulk ..... Like Will said there pretty nice eggs to tie up .
