Has anyone done any trolling off Meaford? Results?
Any rainbow or salmon?
Didn't have much luck this week off the mouth of the Nottawasaga, so thinking I may go to Meaford next week.

I've never taken the boat up to Owen Sound before.
What are the launch ramp(s) like?
Where are they? How much to launch?
Would appreciate any info.
Thanks

The 2 in town launches are good the East side lauch depends on how big your boat is and how low the water gets right now lots of water so no worries. This launch is near the Bay Shore Sports Arena. FEE $ 6-8 funny though the city expects you to go all the way around to the West side to pay. West side launch located on 1st Ave west. Depending on which way you come in the HWY 26 OR 6 / 10 make your way to 10 st East which is also the 6 / 21 as soon as you cross the river make a right follow the road to the launch on your right about 800 metres down.
" NOTE " the main road circles to the left stay straight.

If you want to visit the local tackle store same direction to boat launch but instead of staying straight follow the road to the left as soon as you round the bend Watson's tackle is on your left.

Tight lines

Thanks to Woodie for his PM re launch ramps and for the post be Onthemoney.
If I head up to Owen Sound, I now know where to go.
Was hoping to go Thursday, but looks like it might be a bit too windy for an initial outing up there. We shall see.
